- I can't see febooti ieZoom toolbar. How can I make it visible?
First of all, make sure that ieZoom browser toolbar is installed. It can be easily done by clicking on Windows Start button and choosing Settings - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs. Try to locate febooti ieZoom toolbar. If it is not listed there, try to install it from your hard drive or download toolbar from febooti website.
- My toolbar appears, but why it does not work?
Make sure that you have met the minimum system requirements. Namely, check if you have Internet Explorer 5.5 (or higher). If it still does not work after IE update, try to reinstall ieZoom toolbar.
- I've just installed ieZoom toolbar. Where is it?
If ieZoom toolbar does not appear in your browser window, make sure that ieZoom toolbar is not located on the right of some another toolbar. If it is not there, select View - Toolbars and make sure if ieZoom option is checked. In older versions of Internet Explorer browser toolbars are called Radio. Try to check those Radio options that are unchecked to enable ieZoom toolbar.
If it is still not there, open Tools - Internet Options, select Advanced tab and make sure that if Enable third-party browser extensions is enabled in Browser section.
- It is impossible to move / resize toolbar, it seems to be locked. How do I unlock IE toolbars?
The animation above shows how to lock / unlock Internet Explorer toolbar.
However, if on contrary user wants to move browser toolbars, but they are like stuck in their positions, it is reasonable to Unlock IE toolbars by clicking View - Toolbars and unchecking Lock the Toolbars option.
- When I print some web pages with frames, as a result frame content on paper is very small. What is the matter and how can I fix it?
This may sometimes happen when printing on small sized paper and in cases if frame border is moved. Moving frame border or printing on larger paper should solve the problem.
- Preview and printing does not work on pages containing videos or flash animation. Why?
febooti ieZoom toolbar adjust scale of Internet Explorer content. Particular third party plug-ins (such as QuickTime movies, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Word, Macromedia Flash etc.) display additional content on their own. This additional content is not subject to be resized or printed by ieZoom toolbar. The only recommendation here is using print feature of the plug-in responsible for displaying this content.
