You can easily copy paste your planning and measurements to other days via these calendars. You can also attach photograph to any measurement day you want. Food Planner allows multiple food entry for single interval. Planned food intervals are shown in Pocket PC buit-in today screen with alarms.     Manage your exercise plans with calendar. PocketBFL provide calendar to create, copy, paste and clear your workout plans. You can launch Exercise Planner through this calendar to create plan. You can copy and paste this planned workout day to any other day you want.
    Manage your food plans with calendar. We applied same design structure as exercise calendar, for food calendar, to simplify your food planning. You can perform copy, paste food plans with this calendar as well. Food planner can be started from this calendar. PocketBFL provides the reminder facility so that you can take your meal on time. Your planned food interval will be displayed in Pocket PC's in-build today screen on proper date time.
    Manage your body measurements with calendar. Measurement calendar simpifies the whole process of entering your body measurements. You can launch Measurement Record Keeper to enter measurement record for day. You can enter physical body measurements for chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps or vital readings like Systolic BP, Diastolic BP, Blood sugar, Cholesterol or sleep readings like hrs of sleep and quality of sleep. You can also attach photograph with any day on calendar. Other features like copy paste measurement day record or photograph is also present.
    View Chart based on measurements. You can graphically evaluate your progress for better understanding.
    Attach Photographs via measurement calendar to any day you want. You can also associate the photograph with the measurements taken. You can attach jpeg, gif or bmp images. PocketBFL provides to ways to attach photographs. By refering it or by copying it. Refering photograph will just make entry of its path. If it is removed from that path then it won't be shown in the PocketBFL as well. Refering image is memory efficient method. Copying photograph will copy it to the PocketBFL itself. so deleting source image won't effect anything.
    Copy, paste and clear exercise plan, meal plan or measurements makes whole process lot simpler and time saver. Most of the time user don't change exercise or food plans for months. This feature help you to save your valuable time.
    A Friend to help you In Gym. In-Gym feature helps you when you are actually performing you upper body, lower body or aerobics exercises planned for day.     Further, PocketBFL provides USDA food data . You can add as many foods from this database into your Pocket BFL meals as you want. This is external utility. You need to install it on your pocket pc, add foods using this utility and after completing food addition, uninstall this utility from your Pocket PC.
