What is the system requirement?
You will need a Pentium 120 PC or higher, 32MB RAM or more. The operating system should be Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows NT 4.0, or Windows ME. At least 10 MB free hard disk space.
I made a test mpeg and sound was ok but pictures were terrible, tri or quatrochromatic, a lot of green and white spots show as below:
The reason is 'pc system color quality'.
This means that before generating the mpeg file you have to change the system color quality of your computer from 16 bit to 24/32 bit (true color).
To do that:
click Windows desktop-'Start'-'Control panel'-'Apperance'-'Display'
-'Setting'-'Color Quality', Change to '32 bit'.
