24 Versions Provided - The Interleaved 2 of 5 barcode fonts are scaleable and should be printed at the correct font size to suit your application and scanning equipment. Twenty-four (24) versions of the Interleaved 2 of 5 barcode fonts are provided to support different width and height requirements, as well as those with bearer bars. The last characters in the Interleaved 2 of 5 barcode font name determines the height of the barcode with the shortest being IDAutomationI25XS and the tallest being IDAutomationI25XXL. Human readable versions are indicated by the "H" in the font name and supplied with the shortest being IDAutomationHI25XS and the tallest being IDAutomationHI25XXL. The bearer bar versions are also included and are indicated by the "B" and supplied in both human readable and non human readable versions. The Interleaved 2 of 5 font ending in the letter "L" is a special version that will meet USPS special services requirements when printed at 20 points.
Industry Standard Support - Our Interleaved 2 of 5 barcode font is UNICODE compliant and it was developed according to ANSI USS Interleaved 2 of 5 and European (CEN) standards. Our Interleaved 2 of 5 font can be used for USPS mail special services, EAN-14 and SSC-14 barcode applications. Our "Interleaved2of5Mod10()" function in our MS Office Macros and Font Tools can be used to encode the MOD 10 check digit required for these specifications. EAN14 and SSC14 are primarily used for distribution applications and serialized carton tracking.
Multiple Language and Locale Support - in the event your system regional setting is not set to "English" or the 1252 Latin-1 codepage, these fonts support the following additional codepages in Windows: 1250 European, 1251 Cryllic, 1253 Greek, 1254 Turkish, 1255 Hebrew and 1256 Arabic. To obtain a font that works in any operating system, codepage and locale, we offer the Universal Barcode Font Advantage™, which creates Interleaved 2 of 5 and many other barcodes as a single font.
Multiple Formats Provided - When you purchase a license for this font package, you will receive all versions in a single ZIP file. The manual is supplied in a file named "ReadMe.html" in the ZIP file. The following fonts are included:
TrueType fonts are supplied in PC and Macintosh format. The TrueType TTF fonts are compatible with Macintosh OS X and all versions of Microsoft Windows, including Pocket PC. Macintosh formatted MTT TrueType fonts are compatible with Macintosh System 7.1 and above.
OpenType OTF fonts with PostScript outlines are provided. These are compatible with Windows®, Macintosh OS X and other systems supporting the OpenType format.
PostScript Type 1 fonts are supplied in binary, ASCII and Macintosh versions.
Also included in this package are PCL laserjet soft fonts in 10, 14, 20 and 28 points.
With the purchase of a Developer License and a 1 year subscription of the Priority Support and Upgrade, we can convert fonts from this package to PCL 4, Xerox Metacode, XES, FNT, BDF, FON and AFP. More about this is provided here. The Developer License also grants you the right to convert our fonts to other formats as necessary including TrueDoc and OpenType.

- Printing Interleaved 2 of 5 with ActiveX Controls:
- Our Barcode Barcode ActiveX Controls are easy to use "drag and drop" objects that perform all the necessary calculations for you to create a complete barcode. They function much like a graphic object that you drag and drop in your application, similar to the methods you use to insert clipart into your application. They are probably the easiest to use of all the different methods of printing barcodes. On the down side though, they only work in Microsoft Windows applications that support ActiveX Controls such as Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, Word, Visual Basic and C++. If your application supports ActiveX Controls and you do not intend to migrate your application to another platform or operating system, this may be the best tool to use.
- Printing from Microsoft Dotnet:
- Our .NET Barcode Form Controls are 100% managed code components that allow easy printing of barcodes from the .NET development environment such as Visual Basic .NET and C# .NET. If you are interested in creating barcodes in ASP.NET Web Applications for the Internet, we recommend the ASP .NET Barcode Server Control.

Implementing barcode solutions with our fonts provides a high level of scalability with operating system, application and printer independence. - Self-checking bar code types such as Codabar and Code 39 are easy to print as a font. However, because the numbers must be interleaved, they can be difficult to print as a font. To help users integrate barcodes into their applications, we provide font automation tools and plug-ins such as MS Office Macros for Word, Excel and Access, FileMaker Barcode Plugins, Crystal Reports User Function Libraries (UFLs), Font Formatting DLLs, Visual Basic, FoxPro, C++, JAVA and other source code for development platforms that support Microsoft's ActiveX / COM technology, and a check digit calculation application with Visual Basic source code as a free download for programmers and technical users. These products automatically format the start, stop and check characters to the barcode font. You may also calculate these manually as described in our check character calculation examples.
- Printing Interleaved 2 of 5 from a Web Browser:

- Printing ITF with JavaBeans, Applets or Servlets:
- Java programmers and web developers may wish to use our Linear Java Bar Code Package which contains several JavaBeans, applets and servlet source code. These Java products may be used on any operating system with a Java virtual machine to integrate automated barcoding into internet applications, websites or custom Java applications.
- Generating Barcode Images:
